Matthew LaCroix is a writer and ancient history researcher from northern New England, known for his work uncovering lost civilizations. His journey began after college when he delved into archaeology, ancient civilizations, and history, culminating in the release of his first major book, The Illusion of Us, at age 32.
In 2019, Matthew published his second book, The Stage of Time, which explores the mysteries of ancient civilizations, the catastrophic events that destroyed them, and the knowledge they left behind. His research took a pivotal turn in 2023 when he co-authored The Epic of Humanity with Billy Carson and made a groundbreaking discovery near Lake Van, Turkey, where he found evidence of the lost Ararat Civilization. This discovery has since become the cornerstone of his career.
Following this discovery, Matthew founded Ayanis Legacy, a company focused on documenting and exploring the Ararat Civilization through archaeological work, films, and books. He has also appeared on popular shows like Ancient Civilizations on Gaia and The UnXplained on the History Channel and hosted his show, Mystery School of Truth, on 4biddenknowledge TV.
