Michelle Argyris is a Canadian actress and wellness advocate known for her diverse roles in television and film and her commitment to promoting holistic well-being. She is the founder of Wind Tuition Wellness, where she offers breathwork, meditation, and Reiki services and actively supports the responsible use of psychedelics for personal growth and healing.
Michelle was born in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and is of French and Macedonian descent. From a young age, she showcased her versatility through gymnastics, dance, and power tumbling, representing Team Canada at the National Cheerleading Championships. Michelle began her acting career with the role of Alex Froshiber in the 2012 Lionsgate horror film “Devil Seed.” Her dedication to portraying strong female characters earned her several notable television roles, including Kendra Lennon on “General Hospital” (2019), Kaelie on “Shadowhunters” (2017), and Miss G. on “Big Top Academy” (2018). In 2020, Michelle starred in her first romantic comedy, playing Megan in Lifetime’s “Homemade Christmas,” and has since been busy filming multiple movies set for release in 2021.
Beyond her acting career, Michelle holds a degree in French studies from York University and owns and operates LandmarX Staffing, a successful equity-based staffing agency serving global brands. Her multifaceted career and dedication to wellness make her a unique and inspiring figure in both the entertainment and health sectors.
