Ep. 63 – Heather Ensworth

Heather Ensworth is a clinical psychologist, astrologer, and spiritual teacher who founded the Rising Moon Healing Center as the culmination of a powerful personal and professional transformation. Her path has been anything but linear—like walking a labyrinth, where each twist and turn brought deeper insight, spiritual awakening, and connection with Source.

In her early career, Heather ran a thriving private psychology practice in Pasadena, CA, but a profound inner knowing began to stir—an awareness that something essential was missing. In 1993, a life-altering mystical experience delivered a clear message: “You need to leave your life as you have known it, or you will die.” With courage and conviction, she stepped away from everything familiar—her practice, home, and relationships—and began a journey of deep healing and rebirth.

Following that call, she returned to the East Coast and immersed herself in ancient healing traditions. She studied with indigenous shamans, spiritual teachers, and healers across cultures. Guided by intuition, synchronicity, and spirit, she slowly began weaving the threads of psychology, astrology, energy work, mythology, and ceremony into a holistic approach to healing.

The Rising Moon Healing Center was born from this integration—a space where Heather now facilitates personal and collective healing through one-on-one sessions, spiritual circles, and online programs. Her work restores harmony with self, others, the Earth, and the divine.

Heather believes that in these transformative times, we are each called to remember who we truly are, heal old patterns, and help co-create a more conscious, loving world. Her mission is to support others in stepping into that journey with trust, courage, and compassion.
